Jenesse’s mission is to provide victims of domestic violence and their children with a comprehensive centralized base of support that is culturally responsive, and ensures their transition from immediate crisis to stability and self-sufficiency. Jenesse provides the following services: shelter, domestic violence crisis hotline, case management, vocational education program, mental health program, legal services, children and adolescent's enrichment Program, health, transportation, and educational programs.
Homeboy's team of volunteer attorneys provides free consultations and referrals pertaining to many legal matters, especially criminal law, including bench warrants and post-conviction matters, immigration law, employment law and family law, addressing such issues as divorce, child custody and visitation, and child support. Petitions for dismissal or expungements are provided as a key service that reduce serious barriers to employment.
El Centro de Ayuda (ECDA) offers an array of Clinical Services for individuals mandated by Court, Department of Children and Family Services, the Probation Department as well as individuals seeking assistance on a voluntary basis. All clinical services are available in English and Spanish.
