Turning Point is one of OPCC's interim housing programs and provides 55 men and women with shelter and a full range of services, including case management, mental health care, linkage with medical care, and assistance in increasing income and obtaining permanent housing. Turning Point is also the home of the Wellness Program, which is available to all clients of OPCC and provides a series of groups and workshops designed to enhance life skills. At Turning Point, all residents are required to save 60% of their income so that they can provide for themselves in the future. Complete with a patio, laundry facilities and lounge area, Turning Point provides a home-like environment, semi-private bed areas, a clothes closet and meals.
