Mental Health Clinic | Prevention and Early Intervention Evidence Based Practices
Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, behave, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood. We provide many different interventions to help increase positive mental health to our clients and community members. We work in partnership and collaborate with our clients to identify their positive mental health goals and develop a plan of treatment. Once the goals and treatment plan have been established, we can provide different types of mental health services that include Prevention and Early Intervention Evidence Based Practices, traditional therapy, psychiatric/medication support services, and links to low-cost/no-cost community services.
