The Brotherhood Crusade Youth Source Center is a partnership with the City of Los Angeles Economic and Workforce Development Department. Los Angeles Community Development Department. The program increases educational and career-based mentoring opportunities by aligning youth with committed mentors, re-engaging youth in school, developing their vocational life and social skills, improving their academic skills, engaging youth in work experience volunteerism and internships, and eventually helping youth secure employment.
Access to fresh, healthy food is as integral to good health as access to insurance. Through grants from the California Association of Food Banks and LA Care Community Benefits, Maternal and Child Health Access has been able to partner with Los Angeles County Department of Social Services (DPSS) to become a CalFresh Outreach site, in Downtown LA, at our site at the Wellness Center at the Historic General Hospital and at health fairs and other community activities.
John Muir Charter School is a statewide WASC accredited high school diploma program that serves youth 16-24 that have been pushed out of the traditional education system. We offer a rigorous academic program with full-time accredited teachers and academic tutors in tandem with career and college readiness programs at our school sites.
California Youth Connection (CYC) is guided, focused and driven by current and former foster youth with the assistance of other committed community members. CYC promotes the participation of foster youth in policy development and legislative change to improve the foster care system. CYC strives to improve social work practice and child welfare policy.

The Career & Technical Education (CTE) at El Camino College prepares students for employment (Entry Pathway) or for future education (Skilled and Professional Pathways) in a career major or concentration.
