The Access Center is the main entry point for individuals to receive services through OPCC. Intake Monday & Thursday at 7am first come first serve. The Access Center is home to the agency's street outreach teams that engage homeless individuals on the streets, in parks and in other public spaces. The Access Center provides a full range of essential services onsite, including meals, clothing, mail and phone service, case management, mental health counseling, benefits assistance, and medical care in the Center's medical suite.
The Annenberg Space for Photography features several powerfully-themed exhibits a year as well as photography-oriented programming, including lectures, workshops, master classes and family-friendly events. Admission to all exhibits and public programming is free.
Services available to all residents participating in our housing programs include job training, quality child care, educational and vocational resources, employment placement, medical and mental health services, family literacy assistance, life skills training and fiscal responsibility counseling.
The Year Round Shelter Program provides transportation for homeless people in Los Angeles County. Transportation is available to designated shelters throughout the County. Single adults and families with children are eligible for service. There are no geographic restrictions. For most shelters, it is preferred that people go to one of the pick-up points for transportation to the site, if available. ID is not required.
