Project Access employs an onsite Resident Service Coordinator at each unique family and senior resource center to implement programs and services addressed to meet individual and community needs.

Mission City Community Network, Inc. (MCCN), a non profit community health clinic has been providing medical, dental and mental health services to the community for over 20 years. MCCN services are provided in a culturally and linguistically sensitive and competent manner and services are provided by bilingual and/or bicultural staff. MCCN participates as a healthcare provider in several programs for low-income individuals and families. Former Medi-CAL recipients and other low-income persons are encouraged to inquire about these special programs.
We provide a place where children learn through play, have opportunities for discovery, exploration, and expression through hands-on learning experiences.
Harvest Home is a residential program that serves homeless pregnant women and their babies. All women enter the program while they are pregnant, and stay on average between 3 and 6 months after the birth of their child. Harvest Home offers a nurturing, structured program aimed at helping each woman make changes in her life in order to attain independence and stability. They also provide: financial independence, emotional and mental health services, and health classes.
Children’s Center offers care and education for ages 6 weeks through 17 years at on the second floor of the Family Resource Center. The Children’s Center offers two programs: The Caulder Center is our infant, toddler and preschool program, and the HIS Kids Club is our program for school-age youth. The Children’s Collective Inc. provides a developmentally appropriate program which promotes school readiness, encourages a positive sense of self and other worth, meets children’s nutritional needs, addresses family health and social service needs and engages parents, schools and communities in its implementation. The program includes: Full and part day age-appropriate services for 1200 children, birth – age 5; Free, nutritious meals for all children; Psychosocial Assessments for children with challenging behavior; and Basic Skills Tutorials for underperforming elementary students.
The Children’s Collective Inc.’s youth programs assist youth and teens during the critical transition between childhood and adulthood. Services include: After School Program; Summer Youth Camp; Sports and Recreation; Basic Skills Tutorial; Nutrition Education and Obesity Training; Workforce and Financial Literacy Training; Teen Pregnancy Prevention; and Adovcacy for Youth Offenders.
