UCLA YouthSource Center
The mission of CBL is to assist youth, both teenagers and young adults, with the transition from youth to adulthood. This includes encouraging youth to move from secondary to post-secondary education and on to meaningful careers and productive adult lives. For the past 15 years, the program has worked with partners in the community, including schools, religious institutions and community-based organizations, to provide youth development activities, job training and educational services to young people throughout the City of Los Angeles.
Wilmington Community Center & Main Office
SBCC’s Youth Empowerment Program (YEP)— In Partnership with LA Harbor College— assists young adults ages 16-24 residing in the Los Angeles Harbor region through mentoring and support services surrounding high school completion, higher education, job placement, financial aid, and other needs stemming from poverty, homelessness, and other complicated and unique life circumstances. SBCC’s Youth Empowerment Program serves to leverage the gifts and talents of harbor youth; assisting to place them on a path towards sustained self-sufficiency.
Vista Angelina
To be the leading provider of vital on-site health, education and employment services to low-income families, children and seniors. Our goal is to give low income families the tools needed to break the cycle of poverty, become healthier, further educated and financially stable. Project Access employs an onsite Resident Service Coordinator at each unique family and senior resource center to implement programs and services addressed to meet individual and community needs.

Harbor Village Apartments

Tres Palmas
NEW’s Whole Family Transformation approach provides residents with customer-focused, age-appropriate programs for the entire family. Families achieve goals together through afterschool enrichment, supportive services referrals, and workshops on family cohesion and parenting, technology, financial asset-building, and homeownership.
Toberman Village
Toberman Village is located in the San Pedro community, south of downtown Los Angeles. Several California Transit System (CalTrans) and Metro Transportation Authority (MTA) bus and rail lines are conveniently located within a block of Toberman Village. In the same area there are 3 combination elementary/middle schools, and 3 high schools. Residents also enjoy close proximity to the 110 freeway and nearby beaches. NEW’s Whole Family Transformation approach provides residents with customer-focused, age-appropriate programs for the entire family.
Tierra Del Sol
Tierra del Sol is located in the Canoga Park community of the San Fernando Valley. Several Metro Transportation Authority (MTA) bus and rail lines are conveniently located within about 1 mile of Tierra del Sol. In the same area there are 17 schools serving various combinations of the K-12 grade system. Among the highest-performing is the NEW Academy Canoga Park (NACP) charter school for grades K-5. NEW’s Whole Family Transformation approach provides residents with customer-focused, age-appropriate programs for the entire family.
Santa Cruz Terrace
